The efficiency of MAXAPAL® A2 is closely linked to the processing conditions and the dosage rate of enzyme used. More specifically the following variables play an important role, as they directly interact during the process:
• time available to achieve the desired conversion;
• your preferred temperature for conversion, at the same time limiting infection risks;
