 X-Press A2 is a test that measures the free fatty acid released by MAXAPAL® A2 working on egg yolk as it produces lysophospholipids from phospholipids.
X-Press A2 is quick, simple and reliable. The X-Press A2 toolkit contaings all necessary equipment to perform the test: standardized vials for the extraction and colour reaction, syringes, a portable photometer to read the color and user guides.
